West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education (WBC HSE) has lowered the cut-off to 35 percent in few subjects so that students can opt for science-based elective subjects in Class 11. The notice was issued by the authorities that the minimum percentage of marks has been reduced from 45 percent.
