The Karnataka high court on Thursday ordered notice to Ramya S, Executive Director, Karnataka Examination Authority( KEA) and K.Srinivas, Commissioner, Youth Empowerment and Sports in connection with a contempt petition filed by Aditi Dinesh Rao, a national level diving champion.
